Gourmet Bites is a small award – winning artisan bakery and speciality food producer, based in Staffordshire. Noted particularly for our own recipe speciality breads, luxury flapjack tray bakes, fresh fruit pies using seasonal locally sourced fruits where possible, including our own produce, a range of cakes, cookies and wicked chocolate brownies. Soups, some vegetarian fayre and pickles compliment our range.

Gourmet Bites won four Great Taste awards in 2006 for its speciality breads – two golds, a silver and bronze, and is currently a finalist in the bakery category of Heart of England Fine Food’s Diamond Awards.

Gourmet Bites is also a SALSA accredited producer (Safe & local Supplier Approval).

We sell direct to the public via Farmer’s Markets and specialist food events, will be opening our online shop shortly and supply a number of retail and catering outlets across the Midland via distribution hubs. This includes Asda and Nisa Todays stores via their local sourcing policies.
